Thermoclad®
Thermoclad is the high density polyurethane foam insulation sandwich panel system, designed to cover and clad both roofs and walls. With highly prominent corrugations far apart one from one another, it is predominantly for building heat insulated roofing. This makes it suitable for a wide variety of projects.
The panel has a 30mm insulation core, it is coated with polyester paint on both sides and is also steel lined! Thermoclad panels help to reduce rain noise and are light weight. As well as this, they dramatically reduce condensation and have coated steel to both inner and outer surfaces. Foreclad sheets can be manufactured cut-to-length, and as can be seen from the below details you get a full 1000mm cover plus over-lap with each one.
